The pristine pastures of the Falkland Islands are some of the most natural in the world, unaffected by the intensive farming practices that are typical elsewhere. Sheep are fed on native coastal tussock grass and greens, and inland, on white grass paddocks. The result is mouth-watering Falklands lamb that has only been available to lucky Falkland Islanders. In its third year of exporting, The Falkland Island Meat Company is now sharing this well kept secret with the rest of the world. And the world wants more! |
