Although the majority of the Falklands is made up of two large islands there are also hundreds or smaller islands around the coast and within the numerous inlets. Protecting the islands means patrolling them too. On this occassion Joanna tagged along to get an opportunity to get close up and personal with some of the Penguins. Although this may appear as a "jolly" for Joanna; working together is also an important part of modern service life and understanding the duties and responsibilities of the other services can, at times, be essential.
