To add your Stores to our database

If you wish us to add your stores to our database you will need to supply us with the following information. Other than the store number and SatNav data all the information listed is required. If you do not complete the data in its entirety, including registered office contact details, we will not be able to deal with your request.

The more information you supply the better your listing will be.

The required data is divided into three groups of information:

  1. Group Information
  2. Brand information
  3. Store (Branch) Information

 

Group Information

If your stores are not part of a larger group then ignore this section.

Many brand names are part of a larger national or international retail organisation. If this is the case please provide the following data:

  1. Group Name
  2. Group Head Office (Registered Office) Address
  3. Group website URL
  4. Group telephone number (Include international dialling code if outside the UK)
  5. OPTIONAL - Brief description of the business

 

Brand Information

This is the “name above the door” of the retail outlets or your internet store name/s. For each brand THAT TRADES WITHIN THE UK the following data:

  1. Brand Name
  2. Brand Head Office (Registered Office) if different from above)
  3. Brand website URL
  4. Brand Head Office telephone number
  5. Customer service URL or contact us URL from your website
  6. Customer services UK telephone number
  7. OPTIONAL - Brief description of the brand and its target customer base

PLUS for each Brand Name attach a completed Format Sheet of the products merchandised by the brand.

 

Store (Branch) Information

This is only relevant for brands that have a bricks and mortar presence on the UK High Street. Please provide the following data:

COMPULSORY

  1. Store Name
  2. Store Address including POST CODE
  3. Store telephone number if relevant

ADDITIONAL if available

  1. Store Number or reference number
  2. SatNav Co-ordinates (Latitude and Longitude)
  3. Description notes for each or selected stores, for example special services or facilities at a particular branch

 

How and where to send your data

Please send this either as a spread sheet or as a CSV file. You can send retail data direct to the email address provided on our Contact page. We will acknowledge receipt by email.
