Prescot Methodist Centre has a central localation within Prescot. In addition to its obvious function as a place of religious workshop, it is often used for workshops, rehearsals, concerts and community events.

In 2009 Prescot Methodist Centre celebrated its 100th anniversay and a special concert was held as part of the Prescot Festival of Music and the Arts to honour the occassion. Other concerts have included anything from small chamber events to full staged productions.
