Go MAD in 2012 and visit Stratford’s most Exciting new Attraction! The MAD (Mechanical Art and Design) Museum is the new and go-to attraction in Stratford upon Avon and it is the only one of its kind in England!

The MAD Museum celebrates all things Kinetic Art, Automata and Steampunk,come and experience wall to wall weird and wonderful interactive machines, gadgets and gismos.

Kinetic Art- moving art
Automata- self operating robotic contraptions
Steampunk- Victorian- inspired machines full of heavy components like cogs, pulleys and bolts.

The MAD Museum comprises of two floors filled of far-fetched, astonishing designs and complex workings, a wealth of interactive entertainment to experience for the little kids and the big kids! The eccentric amusements continue outside the MAD museum in our MAD Garden, which is filled of crazy water and wind sculptures!
