Willow Cottage, which dates from the 17th Century, is surrounded by 200 acres of woodland and has been described as a Hans Andersen Magic Cottage.
Within these unique surroundings is a magical woodland open-air theatre at Willow Cottage, Albyns Lane, Curtis Mill Green near Stapleford Abbotts in Essex, RM4 1HR.

The Theatre is a natural amphitheatre set into the hillside. Each year there is a season of open-air shows and other events at Willow Cottage. The Garden is open at weekends when there is no show.

Curtis Mill Green is protected by the Nature Conservancy Board, and has its own Lord of the Manor. There is car parking space and a rough track to Willow Cottage. It is a magical place to see a great show.

How to get here:
Follow the A113 or the B175 roads to the Roundabout where the 2 roads meet just north of Stapleford Abbotts. Turn onto Albyns Lane at the roundabout and follow the road up the Hill until you reach Willow Cottage.
