Chantry Sports centre is on the Chantry High School Campus. It has a modern interior with excellent facilities including a state of the art gym, olympic size sports hall and a comprehensive programme of studio classes.

The sports centre is continually updating its offer to meet the needs of the local community and its members.

The latest studio programme to be added is Zumba. Zumba is a combination of dance and fitness moves based on feel good music from around the world but dominated with Latin content. You don't need a partner and you do not need to know how to dance because the choreography is very simple and anyone can pick it up easily. So, if you have two left feet – don't even worry about just come along and join in. A typical Zumba class is based on aerobic fitness training (low impact for the beginner options and higher impact for those in the class who enjoy a more demanding fitness challenge).
