The Abbey hall is part of Woodbridge school and is used by the school during the day.

When it is not being used for school activities (which take priority) it is used for a limited and exclusive selection of high quality community leisure activities. On a Tuesday evening 7-8pm there is a Zumba class which is a cross between aerobics and latin dance.

A partner is not required and you do not need to know how to dance because the choreography is very easy to learn.

A typical Zumba class involves aerobic fitness training (low impact for the beginner options and higher impact for those in the class who enjoy a more demanding fitness challenge)with a large proportion of world dance inspired routines.

Zumba is popular with slimmers as it speeds weight loss and tones the problem areas of tummies and bottoms. The music is varied and very enjoyable.
