At the time of this image from the early 1900's he resided at Whittlebury Lodge, Towcester.  He was born in 1851 Sydney, New South Wales, the son of Sir Daniel Cooper, First Speaker of the Legislative Assembly, New South Wales.  He was educated at Wellington College, and Sidney Sussex College Cambridge.  Justice of the Peace for Northants, he went on to become 3rd Baronet, he died in 1925.
