Beginner Kickboxing Class
The Professional Kickboxing Association (PKA) have started a new beginners programme. The East Leake Kickboxing club runs every Tuesday evening from 7pm-8:30pm at East Leake Leisure Centre and is an excellent way to improve fitness, confidence, flexibility, stamina and learn some realistic self defence techniques. The class is available for all ages and all fitness levels and is taught by fully qualified instructors in a friendly, safe and enjoyable environment.
