Idyllically located in this historic National Trust Village within walking distance of Buscot Lock and Buscot Weir on the River Thames being wonderfully positioned as a base for touring and sightseeing, shopping, attractions of Burford, Oxford, Cirencester and Cheltenham.

A wonderfully warm family welcome awaits those wishing to experience life in a traditional quintessentially English Manor house and we are able to cater for all including facilities for the mobility impaired.

We offer freshly sourced local organic ingredients where possible for our sumptous breakfasts cooked on our aga. Breakfast is served in the dining room overlooking the front lawn and weather permitting guests can take breakfast in the garden.

Our Drawing Room in winter has a wonderful open fire is traditionally appointed with period furniture is open to guests and well behaved children ! We are animal friendly and guests can bring dogs and horses as well as bicycles and canoes....

Our bedrooms vary from romantic four poster rooms with exclusive private bathrooms to family/twin rooms with beautiful views. We are also able to allow groups to have exclusive use perfect for weddings, parties or events.
