We are located on the more select south side of town well away from pubs nightclubs and traffic noise. Family run by Teresa Martin and staff. We offer good beds good food and a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a few days or longer by the sea. We have cosy bar area to enjoy a drink and meet fellow guests if you desire or you can listen to relaxing music or watch tv.All 7 rooms are en-suite with bath or shower all well decorated and clean. All rooms have TV hospitality tray lockable safe box fan and bathroom supplies with lovely Egyptian cotton bath sheets. We have a very popular ground floor twin room which is very popular with the less mobile and early booking is recommended.We have a 5 star food hygiene rating to reassure you of our high standards. We cater for all diets if notified. Food is traditional style using local produce and the best dry cure bacon. Evening meals are available on request. Breakfast is served 8.15 to 9.00am and evening meal at 5.00pm Occasional organ music to entertain while you relax in the bar or sit outside.We are located only 100 yards from the south beach The Spa is only a few minutes stroll and around a 10 minutes walk to the town centre.Our rates from £22 pp (low season) are less than some lower star rated properties we believe in offering good value for money in these trying times.Why not join the many happy guests at The Marina who return year after year for a true home from home feeling. The imside is decorated in an older traditional style with lots to look at We often get comments about this on our reviews if you like minimalistic decor we may not suit you. We are suitable also for less mobile but not fully disabled guests. You need to be able to walk a few steps to enter the guesthouse though we have a portable ramp for access. Small pets accepted must not be left alone in rooms at any time there is a £10 charge per pet stay.
