Our website is aiming to build and strengthen links between organisations, churches, schools and village community in the Parish of Rufford and Holmeswood. Rufford and Holmeswood are two small, adjacent rural farming villages in West Lancashire.
The Parish Council is responsible for the area known as the civil parish as distinguished from the ecclesiastical parish. The Parish Council is involved in issues, items and developments for the benefit of Rufford and Holmeswood.
