A brief description of this property and its facilities

Situated in a converted barn all of our rooms boast a cleverly styled mix of restful shades contemporary furnishings and quirky original features with views over the mature garden.All rooms which are named after local woods have super king size beds with Feather and Black bedding and luxury linen flat screen televisions with Freeview channels data points to access the internet tea and coffee making facilities hair dryer Iron and Ironing board on request and complimentary toiletries by Branche d'Olive. A wide variety of home cooked breakfasts fresh pastries and fruit salad are included in the price.A Cot or a Z-bed for children of twelve and under can be provided in the rooms. (Cots are provided free of charge in any of the rooms whilst Z-beds which can be used in the rooms Coombers and Stubbits incur a small additional charge of £15 per night which includes breakfast.). Dogs are warmly welcomed at The Old House Inn. A selection of our rooms are equipped for canine occupancy offering a comfortable dog bed plus water bowl. There is a charge of £10 per night per dog but please be considerate of your neighbours and we request that you do not leave your dog alone in the room. If you wish to dine with your dog please book a table in the bar or snug where you will find a doggy treat or two on offer.We also provide a library for adults and children and a selection of board games to while away lazy afternoons.Our Rooms: Wellfield Furzers Perry and Winns situated on the ground floor have direct access on to the garden.All of these stylish beautifully furnished rooms have en-suite wet-rooms.Wellfield and Furzers have the added benefit of having an inter-connecting door for families.Winns our easy access' room with wider doorways accessible bathroom fittings and support handrails has the added benefit of zip and link beds to create a either a twin or a super king size bed and its own private terrace overlooking the garden.Accessed along a bespoke timber walk way our two larger rooms Coombers and Stubbits overlook the mature gardens local woods and countryside. These private beautifully appointed and spacious rooms have luxurious bathrooms which boast a roll-top bath fitted with hand shower for ultimate relaxation.
