Chepstow Buddhist Meditation Group in St Arvans Meeting Rooms.
A new series of drop-in classes will begin on Wednesday 10th November after an absence of over a year from the Chepstow area.
The series is called Meditation and Buddhist Thought and will concentrate on learning and improving meditation and using the insights gained to enrich our daily lives. From this can come peace,better relationhips, less stress, greater happiness and more meaning in our lives. The classes are taught by David Towner-Jones, an experienced meditation teacher from Amitabha Buddhist Centre in Bristol.
Everyone is welcome.
Classes are every Wednesday (except 24th Nov) , 7 - 8.30pm, at St Arvans Meeting Rooms, (opposite the church) Church Lane, St Arvans, Near Chepstow.There is no need to book. There is a facility fee of £6 (£4 conc) each class. Refreshments included.
